Lynn first fell in love with animals at a very young age. Growing up, she had several family pets including two cats, two Miniature Schnauzers and a Cairn Terrier. All of her pets were important in her life, but she had a special bond with, Nikki, a sweet salt and pepper Miniature Schnauzer. Their wonderful friendship lasted over 14 years, which continues in spirit to this very day. A picture of Nikki along with her collar and tags is situated on Lynn's nightstand, which illustrates the deep bond that can be formed between humans and their pets.

    In 2001, Gracie was welcomed into Lynn’s life. Lynn describes, “I went to meet this beautiful litter of Miniature Schnauzers, 6 of them all rolling around. When I knelt down to get a better look, this cute little salt and pepper colored puppy jumped up & kissed me on the cheek. Since she picked me out, I took her home that very day.” A few weeks later, Lynn’s parents adopted one of Gracie’s litter mates and named her “Penny.” Gracie, to this day, is a happy, well-adjusted Streeterville resident & remains an intricate part of Lynn’s everyday life.

    In 2003, a spunky African Senegal Parrot named "Walli" was welcomed into Lynn’s family as well. Walli and Gracie quickly became the best of friends, much like a real life Snoopy and Woodstock! Walli’s amazing intellect (she speaks and understands dozens of words) and engaging nature gave Lynn tremendous insight & respect into bird behavior. This expanded knowledge, her life experiences with dogs and cats, & her love and respect of animals was the deciding factor in her decision to leave the business world (Lynn holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a licensed CPA) and start her own pet care business back in 2004. Her passion and love of all animals can be seen every day on the faces and wagging tails of all of her little customers.

    Lynn is a lifelong Chicago area resident, born and raised in Chicago suburban New Lenox. Lynn and her husband (and Gracie & Walli) happily reside in the Streeterville neighborhood of Chicago. Lynn has been a Chicago city resident for over 10 years.
