Cancellation Policy:

For daily dog walks, all cancellations must be made by 9am of the same day.  Cancellations may be made by phone or email.  Canceling after 9am will result in a charge of 50% of the daily walk rate.  If the walker shows up for a scheduled walk, and the dog is not home, you will be charged the entire walk rate.

For cat care:  Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.  Otherwise, you will be charged the entire daily rate.  Cancellations may be made by phone or email.

Holiday Schedule:

The following holidays are observed by Paw-pourri Pet Care.  Services may still be available on these dates, but scheduling well in advance is necessary.  Also, an extra $5 fee applies to all visits on these dates:

New Year's Day
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

Payment Policies:

Payments may be made in cash or check.  Regular daily dog walking customers will receive bi-weekly invoices, due upon receipt.  Cat care and pet sitting customers must pay in-advance of services rendered.
